A Brotherhood Built on Purpose and Unity

The Kanga Interminable Transformers (KIT) is a cooperative rooted in the bonds formed at Kanga Highschool. Established by 30 alumni in 2019, including founders Joel Ojuka, Mike Lekutit, Keith Reagan, and Jared Kipchirchir, we’ve grown to over 40 members united by a shared mission: to raise capital, invest in innovative projects like a state-of-the-art hospital, and ensure sustainable growth with transparency and integrity. Governed by the Cooperative Association Act, KIT is a community where every KES 250 monthly contribution fuels our vision to save lives and uplift livelihoods.

MILESTONES

Our Journey So Far

Since 2019, KIT has made bold strides toward our mission:

Founded in 2019: Launched by 30 alumni, growing to 40+ members by 2021, united under the Cooperative Association Act.
Annual General Meetings: Hosted three AGMs at members’ homesteads, fostering connection and planning projects like our hospital vision.
Investment Ventures: Launched a 2023 maize farming project (KES 90,000 income from 20 bags) and a 2024 tea plantation in Kericho, building financial resilience.
Financial Foundation: Raised capital through KES 250 monthly contributions, managed transparently with regular audits and reports.
Each milestone brings us closer to our dream of a modern hospital and a stronger alumni cooperative.
