OUR STORY

The KIT Network

In November 2019, 10 Kanga Highschool alumni, led by visionaries like Joel Ojuka, Mike Lekutit, and Jared Kipchirchir, united to form The Kanga Interminable Transformers (KIT). Inspired by our shared memories at Kanga Highschool and a desire to make a lasting impact, we set out to build a cooperative that transforms lives.
Our vision? To establish a modern hospital with cutting-edge technology to save lives lost due to inadequate healthcare. Since then, we’ve grown to over 25 members, held three annual general meetings, and launched investment projects like maize and tea farming. Guided by integrity, transparency, and collaboration, we’re not just an alumni network—we’re a family committed to growth and community impact.

Building a Legacy Through Collective Action

Every December, we gather at a member’s homestead for our Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Monthly Contributions

Each member contributes KES 250 monthly, pooling resources to fund our ambitious projects. These funds, managed transparently by our treasurer, Mike Lekutit, fuel investments and ensure we’re ready for any opportunity.

From maize farming in 2023 to tea plantations in Kericho in 2024, our investments create financial growth and hands-on learning. We’re laying the groundwork for bigger projects, like our dream of a modern hospital.
